Ring Exchange/Size Swap Service for rings | Decazi

Decazi is now offering ring size swap services. We noticed that this would be easier for our customers to exchange their ring.
*Can only be purchased within the 7-days of delivery window of your original order

Each ring created is 100% unique as we make our rings handmade to order. Your replacement ring will be recreated in the same design and will look similar to your previous ring but will not be identical.

There are three swap options available;

Return + swap -
This option is best for customers who would like a replacement ring created in a new size shipped out.
*Buyer is responsible for return costs, please keep the value low like $5 otherwise we have to pay a high amount of import taxes.

Engraving Swap -
This option is best for customers who want to order a new size for a previously engraved ring.
*No returns needed

Keep + New -
This option is best for customers who want a new ring in a new size but also have a strong sentimental attachment to their ring and prefer to keep their first ring. This is common for promise, wedding and engagement rings. Please note; the Keep + New option is limited to once per customer, per order.



How to order;
Each ring swap order is for one ring. If you have multiple rings to swap please add this product one time for each swap. (If you have purchased a ring set add two times to your cart) Please provide your previous order number and new sizing instructions in the personalization box.

If you choose the “return and swap” option you will receive a message with return instructions. If you choose “keep and swap” you'll have nothing more to do to complete your order.

The pricing is based on a percentage of the price of your original order + shipping costs with DHL Express.

Processing time;
Just like your original ring, each ring replacement ring is also created individually handmade to order so please allow approximately 1-2 for your ring to be completed and then shipped out.

Please note, for customers choosing the “return and swap” option there may be an additional delay while your return is on its way to us. To make sure you will receive your exchange ring fast, please send us the tracking code and photo of the package so we can see/know the original ring is on the way. Additionally, this service is not for our Moldavite rings and coral rings.
