Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 9 reviews.
The service was great. I accidentally broke my ring, of my own fault. I sent it back for repair and it looks good as nee now.
Wasn’t my exact ring that got replaced, but I couldn’t be happier/ more grateful of their generosity :D
My appreciation of Decazi's excellent customer service and praise for the quality and brilliant design of its custom jewelry could not be higher if you attached it to an intersellar rocket. Highest marks.
Ring looks great. Repairs were done nicely.
Best ring in the world. I understand I was picky and annoying, but the service was amazing, patient, and work with you. Literally made every perfect thing I liked and put it in one ring that will stay with me forever. Literally amazing. The only thing I would complain about is why this company or business is popping everywhere for how talented they are. Literally 100/10 best people. My wife loves it and the wedding photos looked amazing when our rings came together and I get complemented everytime someone sees it. Absolutely amazing.
Lovely as always
Great company- amazing products. Will purchase from them again. Thank you!
100/10 great quality, beautiful craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and honestly just so cool! Cannot recommend enough.
