Sizing details
Make sure that you measure your finger correctly to purchase the right size. Tungsten and ceramic rings can't be resized due to their hardness. We always advise going to a local jeweler or Walmart that sells rings and try on some ring sizes with a comfort finish on the inside. We only make half sizes (US).
Does your rings come with a warranty?
All of our rings come with a free LIFETIME WARRANTY. If the inlay of the ring is damaged from normal wearing, we will repair/recoat it. We do ask that you pay a small fee to cover the shipping and insurance to send you the ring back. We might ask that you send us your damaged/broken ring.
Shipping to the USA is around €34 = $38 US dollars Shipping to Remote locations is around €60 = $67 US dollars
It is at your own risk to shipping the item back to us without a tracking code.
Can I add Engraving to my ring?
For engraving, we have a special listing available. Please do not use the "personalization field"! We need that field for personal information in order to ship with DHL Express.

When an order has been engraved the ring is personalized and can't be exchanged. Make sure you order/know the right size.

Are our rings only for Men or also for Woman?
Our rings can be worn by men and women. The size and width can be adjusted as you wish, for the male a thicker ring and for the ladies a thinner ring. We can make the width 4mm-12mm depending on the design. (The processing time for a different width can be different, please send us a message to ask about the possibilities) So not only men's rings ;)
Can I Exchange my ring when it's too small/big?
We do accept exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size we charge a small fee of 20% of the price you paid for the ring + the shipping costs. (€34-38 USA) This is because tungsten cannot be resized. If the wrong size is sent and it's our fault (can simply be proven by images and a Mandrell ) a new ring will be sent free of charge.

Yes, we can make personalized tungsten rings for weddings, engagements or just for friendship. We can change opal colors, the width of a ring band, the ring design, etc. Just send us a message and we can discuss the possibilities!

To increase workflow we copy listings and alter them. There is always a chance that we have made a typo or forgot to swap the used materials. Please if you are not sure what material it is send us a message. We don't have black tungsten so all black rings are standardly ceramic and all silver's rings are tungsten.

Rings from Decazi are excellent quality. I had have mine repaired due to my own neglect after 3 years, and I think the repair is better than the original. Which is a testament to their growth and improvement over the years. I'd buy again and again!

The only thing I would change about the ring is the width. 6mm is not as gurthy as I imagine but it will do.
We loveeee it!! I love both rings so much but on the bigger ring you can see the moon dust effect so much that I am going to order one more for myself like that, to have both the thicker and smaller one haha. And Decazi were amazing in communicating and listening to our wishes and making them true. These rings are so unique and pretty, especially in the sunlight, that I don't understand why would anyone go for a pure boring gold ring 😂 They are also super comfy. I am on my way ordering the third ring now! 😍

Charged me $80CAD for shipping but the DHL invoice says the delivery was charge was $30. And DHL charged me $20 for their standard importation fee, since that wasn't paid in advance by the shipper. So between shipping the ring out, and shipping it back, I've paid around $140CAD for the "free" repair. Plus, the ring looks quite a bit different, and it no longer glows in the dark, something that I actually really liked. So it feels like I've paid a lot of money to fix a 6 year old ring, and now I regret it because it isn't anything like the ring my wife got me for our wedding. I expressed mild unhappiness with it by email, never heard back. But over the last month or so, I've gone from mildly unhappy to very unhappy with the ring and the service.

We offer the repair for but the shipping costs are for the customer including the tariffs. We have no control over this other then keeping the price low so the tarifs are at the bare minimum, These costs cannot be intergrated on repairs.

Very very pleased with the order! I ordered a mystery box with 10 rings and got to pick them myself. There were plenty of rings to choose from and every single one was very beautiful.

We plan on using this as his wedding band. Its absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. It may be a little big but im afraid any smaller may not fit perfect as well. Completely satisfied and will definitely order again. Highly recommend!
Found this shop via Etsy. They are located in the Netherlands, I am in Central US, but shipping was surprisingly fast. There is an extra shipping fee once the piece reaches the United States, but it was only like $30. Overall, this ring feels really well made. The tungsten makes for a weighty ring and is not resizable, so it's important to triple check your size and preferred width. I'm really happy with how the hammered finish turned out - it's got almost a sparkle to it when the light hits. The Moss Agate is a little dark for my personal liking, but that could be the middle metiorite strip making it look dark. It feels very natural, good comfort fit and size accurate (although it's a surprise for my partner, they've not seen/worn it yet). Working with the designer for a custom piece was a pretty good experience. Thanks Decazi!
