The red glow is the most difficult glow to charge by the sun. To activate the glow you can use a Uv-light key chain. The ring will not glow as long as green does. if you want a super bright glowing ring please send us a message so we can advise which colour to take OR leave in the buyers note a short notice that you want a green glow. keep in mind that the green glow has a very light green hue to the white, the ring will not appear solid white but white with a light green tint
