Rare Cape York Meteorite Tungsten Ring - Cape York meteorite The Cape York meteorite is the biggest meteorite ever found. To examine this meteorite they cut slices and from that comes the shavings. Our local Meteorite distributor managed to get his hands on a couple of grams of the Cape York meteorite. This meteorite is much lighter than what we normally use and much more metallic looking ( which we really love ) You will receive a certificate of authenticity include the number of the distributor from the IMCA which is the institute that examine meteorites on their contents and authenticity. To make this ring even more special we added Moon dust ( lunar ) also from the same distributor and can be checked by the IMCA.

All the pores will be filled with CA (Cyanoacrylate) so the ring can stand daily wear. We tested our own rings and they can stand water. They are waterproof but we always advise to not wear the ring when showering or swimming. From veneer to polished ring can take up to several days.
